overdoing it

i find that i tend to get over enthused and over do the exercise.

at the time, i'm not in pain or hurt at all. a couple of days later, i'm in agony. i struggle with knowing how hard to do exercise when it doesn't hurt at the time.

any tips?

I am so with you on your comment on overdoing things and paying for it later. It is so hard when you are enjoying yourself, can do exercise easily etc and then a couple of days later feel so ill.

I read somewhere you should only do 75 per cent of the activity you want to do. Grit your teeth and pack in the activity before you really want to! Do try it and see if you feel any better after your activity.

Remember, it is the enthusiastic, push yourself to the limit type of people that get fibro In the first place!
