Most important, stay connected to your higher power/spiritual beliefs. Try to eat right, indulge occasionally. Drink LOTS of water! Exercise in moderation, even on days you feel like a truck ran you over... Keep reminding yourself you can make it through this. Never underestimate the power of positive thoughts, and if you don't have it on any given day, then call a friend who does and can encourage you!
