As a veteran trainer and strength coach, I have seen the number of women suffering from fibromyalgia increase. I have motivated them and assisted them with proper form and nutrition, but they have done all the work themselves.
The medical community is finally coming to realize that exercise and healthy nutrition can cure a multitude of diseases.
Exercise and proper nutrition have worked for me with my own battle against ulcerative colitis. Like fibromyalgia, it has no root cause or cure. I no longer take any medication and have not had an issue in more than a 2 years.
