When we speak about chronic fatigue symptoms and fibromyalgia it's almost like asking what came first? The chicken or the egg? There is no question that there is a correlation between the two.
So if I preach healthy functional exercises for fibromyalgia I am going to do the same for chronic fatigue symptoms. There is proof that fibromyalgia sufferers have been found to suffer from low serotonin levels. The only way to increase these levels? Exercise.
It's just a fact. If you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms or chronic fatigue symptoms, a little exercise, a little movement in your day to day activities can give you what you need.
Low serotonin levels means more anxiety, depression, panic attacks, insomnia, obesity, fibromyalgia, eating disorders, chronic pain, migraines, and alcohol abuse. You need to really consider exercise for your chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms.
Other chronic fatigue syndrome treatments include medication, especially for depression and sleep disorders. Anti depressants have some serious side effects and the prevalence of their abuse is on the rise.
Chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia both need exercise and healthy diet. There is just no other way around it anymore. Years ago when I first began training fibromyalgia sufferers there was no information. That is not the case anymore.
Chronic fatigue syndrome treatments all over the world are now incorporating exercise for sufferers. I don't suggest you go run a mile tomorrow and expect to feel better, although you might. You will probably feel worse off and then quit. You have to be patient with chronic fatigue exercise and begin slowly, especially if you suffer from chronic fatigue symptoms.
I always suggest beginning at home without any equipment.

Chronic fatigue syndrome exercise will not only give you a better night sleep, it can do wonders for your outlook on life. Chronic fatigue symptoms such as depression and anxiety can be beat! You don't have to remain in the chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia funk any longer.
I tell you this from first hand experience in training women who have suffered from chronic fatigue symptoms for years. Women who once thought chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia would literally kill them. They now look, feel, and believe differently, not because of me, but because of exercise.
Remember chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia will not kill you, but their symptoms may. The key is serotonin which is available to anyone who exercises. Anyone who can commit just 15-20 minutes a day to get up off of the couch and move a little, breathe a little heavier, and stand tall.
Chronic fatigue syndrome exercise may not always be comfortable or pleasant, but it will always work in the end. Always remember to drink plenty of water when exercising and to start slow.
