How to master your fibromyalgia!

Another rainy day here in New York...

I don't let it get to me and press on to give you some motivation for your battle with the "Fibro".

In life we will always face some form of battle, whether it's in the physical or mental does not really matter. War is war and if it affects your life, it's absolutely necessary to find a way to win.

If you purchased my last eBook you know that it talks just as much about finding purpose in your life as it does about appropriate functional exercise for your fibromyalgia pain.

Always remember - the mind and body are one, they both have their distinct responsibilities but in the end they are "one".

What I really mean to say, is that it is not enough to just exercise for pain relief.

You must think, act, and emotionally focus on your pain relief. The exercise is just one force.

How do we do this?

Through the intervention of courage, intellect, boldness, and perseverance. Together these are called the Moral factors.

They are an important ingredient in combating your fibromyalgia pain and fatigue.

In the next several Fibro-Fitness newsletters I will discuss each one of these moral factors and how to include them into your fibromyalgia exercises.

Remember - pain whether physical or mental can be managed. It's the tools we use which make the difference!
