"Energy and Emotions" by Eric Suarez

Last Saturday night, Bernard Hopkins beat Jean Pascal, to become the oldest boxer to ever win the heavyweight championship of the world.

Hopkins is 46 years old..........Pascal is 28!

When one ring announcer asked the other what Pascal was doing wrong?

The reply was pretty strait forward....

"Pascal wastes a lot of energy on his emotions in the ring!"

How has your energy been?

Are you wasting it on stress, fear, anxiety, bitterness, anger, or jealousy?

These emotions have all been linked to the following:

Cancer, Heart disease, High blood pressure, Fibromyalgia,

Depression and a host of others.

Now of course there are good emotions.....Love, Hope, Joy.

We just don't lose sleep and energy over them.

It's the negative emotions that drag us down, leaving us feeling tired and fatigued.

You'r not alone............we all have fears and anxieties....

We all have the ability to create our own realties.

Everything we do always begins with a thought.

Practice thinking positive thoughts when these emotions sneak up and you feel yourself sinking.

Practice thinking about what you let in your mind.

Conserve your energy for the good things in life......

Stop wasting your energy on things you have no control over.

Enjoy your energy, and learn to increase it with exercise and a healthy diet.

When interviewed at the end of the fight, the oldest boxing champion in history stated:

"My career started slow, but I'm back, and I am gonna finish my career in FIRST place!"

Whatever your past has dealt you, it's time to move on.......

Think positive, exercise, eat right, and finish your career......................"In first Place!"

Exceed your expectations!
