Exhaustion, aches, pain, anxiety, depression, and fear.

Just some of the symptoms of fibromyalgia. In my last Fibro-Fit newsletter, I left you with the fact that your mind and body are one. I explained the tools needed to get healthy, strong, and free from the above mentioned symptoms.

These tools known as the moral factors include; courage, intellect, boldness, and perseverance.

Today I will explain the first moral factor courage and how you can include it into your daily exercise routine.

Courage is the ability to confront fear, pain, uncertainty, or intimidation. Courage is acting in spite of fear. "Physical courage" is courage in the face of physical pain, hardship, or death."

Just like faith, courage needs to be active. It's not enough to talk about how courageous you are in spite of your pain and fatigue, what are you actively doing about it?

Are you actively using your physical capabilities to try to get stronger?

Are you exercising? Are you looking for ways to release your stress and anxiety? Are you courageous in spite of your pain?

Many of you are active in your treatment. I know first hand because of your emails and the response to the eBook. But there are still a few of you out there a little fearful of more pain - more fatigue...

Have a little courage today and put your best foot forward.

Here is a quick and easy exercise video to get you started.

Nike says "Just Do it!" I prefer "Just Did it!"
