Fibromyalgia pain relief

As I get older, I feel a little more pain after exercise than I used to. I get those nasty little trigger points in my legs and other places I never thought existed.

I call them trigger points, and if you have fibromyalgia, you probably call them tender points.

Here is a short video to show some of the things my clients use to get some simple trigger point/tender point relief.

I especially like the foam roller as a useful tool to help relieve the pain.
