Can 7 minutes cure Fibro?

New training guidelines for pain symptoms of fibromyalgia now state it only takes 7 minutes of moderate to high intensity functional exercise to treat fibromyalgia pain and fatigue.

This is not only for those suffering from fibromyalgia. Healthy adults are being told they only need 10 minutes.

The only rule is that the training should be done everyday. With fibromyalgia we recommend a day off in between days if your pain increases after exercise.

I promise that if you can sacrifice 7 minutes a day your symptoms will improve, maybe not in 7 minutes, but over time you will see and feel improved results.
