Free stuff...

Summer has come and gone.

I hope all of you began to get physically fit in order to relieve some of your "fibro" flares.

Now it's onto Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The fact is everyone packs on at least 2-5 pounds during these holidays.

Stay focused, and if you still haven't gotten on board - remember - exercise and diet are still the only proven methods at relieving your fibromyalgia pain and fatigue.

For an early "Trick or Treat" - below I have added a great website to download tons of free books right to your e Readers or computers.

Of course I recommend the Health section but you can take what you want.
