Your "FREE" fibro. exercise video

As promised, here is a new exercise video for your fibromyalgia tender points.

Those nasty tender points which hold your muscles hostage with immense pain and tightness. Remember, you must keep good circulation and healthy oxygen moving through those tender points.

In this video, I will demonstrate 2 simple movements for you to accomplish that. Keep your chin up and your stomach tight. Don't forget to breathe in deeply through your nose and out of your mouth.
