"Hey Eric thanks for the Yoga stretch(video)you sent out last week. That stretch has decreased the pain in my hips like nothing else has been able to.

Between your videos and your eBook, my fibromyalgia has taken a turn for the better in just 4 months. If only I had known of you 3 years ago when it took me 17 months just to get diagnosed.

I am in the process of taking my ISSA personal training certification and wanted you to know what a huge influence you and your work have been to me.
