Set your foundation

There are many things in life that take our attention away from ourselves, family, children, parents, jobs…

It’s no wonder that more than half of the world suffers from some sort of physical ailment. The reality is that our brains, which are one with our bodies, will break down sooner or later, causing our bodies to follow.

We need to set standards and begin to set a healthy foundation for our lives. Let’s begin with healthy physical movement and healthy eating. I guarantee your body and attitude will follow.

Start taking care of yourself first, do not let the mysterious fibro keep you from your destiny, you must try.

Remember, "The only easy day was yesterday."

You may not see it, but you are the most important person you know. And If you don’t take care of yourself first, how do you think all of your other relationships will turn out?
