Yes - U can!

If I had a penny for every time I heard the word "can't", I'd be a millionaire...

"I can't exercise", "I can't sleep", "I can't ..."

The word itself should be removed from the dictionary.

For those of you who can't find relief for your fibro through exercise, you CAN find relief through your diet...

One of my Skype personal training clients, Rachel, sent me her grocery shopping list this week. Needless to say, she has already lost 4 pounds in 2 short weeks.

Hi Eric,

"Saturday I went grocery shopping and it took me 2 hours because I had to read the labels on everything to look for carbohydrates.

For me to eat healthy when I am at work it has to be simple and fast. One of the girls I work with is a vegetarian and she and her husband drink smoothies they make.

So I did lots of research on the iPhone app (calorie counter), to put together a smoothie for me to have for breakfast and lunch when I am at work. The carbohydrates for 1 smoothie come out to about 12 grams which thrilled me.

I am having vanilla yogurt, whey protein powder, peanut butter, frozen mixed berries, wheat germ, and spinach. Hopefully it tastes good but that is what I am going to do during the week so I can succeed. I am really happy I did this. I think this will work for me.

I also bought tilapia (fish), chicken, lean ground beef patties, spinach, cottage cheese, pickles, low carbohydrate tortillas. Just really worked hard at finding things I could work with.

You can't take chocolate away from me and luckily I found sugar free fat free chocolate pudding!!!!!! That made me a happy girl. Now I can have a small chocolate snack that's not loaded with bad stuff.
