Anxiety and Fibro

Well it's been an interesting few weeks. Many folks are not doing so well these days and it seems it may be a few more weeks of recovery for the nation. Many of you are home and growing increasingly anxious of what the future holds for you and your families. You know what my suggestion is already, exercise and mindfulness. Contact someone who has it worse than you or help someone who needs a hand.

Avoid the news for more than an hour a day, then, move your body. This is not the time to be a couch potato, especially since I know the progress many of you have made this year. Keep it up, don't let stress and anxiety steal your peace. Stay the course. Things in NY are getting a little crazy, but I know it will get better and we will all have learned something we didn't recognize before. So get up and get to it, take this time to work on yourselves. God Bless-
