I gave birth to my second child two years ago, and ive been sick since. Tired, sore and unable to do anything that i used to to before. I cant work as it is now, and i cant exercise as I used to before.
Im not overwieght, i dont drink alcohol (well, maybe a glass on saturday evening:) I dont smoke, i have cut out all fast carbs and i eat under 100 carbs a day. I eat all the good fat and i take extra omega 3 and 5 htp. I eat about 1500 kcal a day (good kcal)
I would love to be able to go to the gym again and work out really hard and get back the muscles i used to have (i went spinning 5 times a week and weights 5 times a week) and i would love to be able to run after my children and play with them as a mother should do. And I would of corse like to start to work again.
Any tips for me?
