MY TIP is to do as much stretching as possible. spread open the hands hold each side of door surround and stretch as soon as waking even in the night time. stretch out arms up and sideways.Lie on floor if impossible to get up like me do this on bed stretch torso length ways and then each side . lift legs and stretch. Mind fullness is wonderful for pain and can direct pain out of body or be with the pain moment hurts but eventually it waines and you can feel better by noticing and being aware of it. helps stop that easy feeling of disregarding yourself and pretence.
