Fitness Motivation, Inspiration, Life Motivation, or Daily Motivation. Call it what you want, but at some point we all need to be uplifted.

I have been in the fitness arena for close to 25 years now. Personally I was always very good at motivating myself. Whether it was for some form of competition or just trying to better myself or my circumstances.

As a Personal Trainer I am certified to train men and women through exercise and healthy eating, But guess what I really get paid for?

Motivation!!

My motive for this site is to inspire you through fitness motivation, diet motivation, and exercise motivation. That's it, nothing more, nothing less.

It is hard enough to find the motivation needed to exercise when you are healthy. How much more difficult is it when your body just won't cooperate because of an illness.

It is not easy, but you have to give it a fighting chance.

Goals and Motivation work together. What are your goals?

Have you written them down? Try this right now.

Go get a piece of paper and right down 5 goals you want to achieve dealing with your fibromyalgia. It could be sleeping better, less pain, enjoying an evening dancing, anything about your fibromyalgia pain or stress.

Now fold it up and put it away for a year, don't forget where you put it. I guarantee that when you go back in a year at least 3 out of the 5 goals you wrote down will be accomplished.

I know this works first hand. There is just something about physically writing down your goals that will motivate you to do extraordinary things.

I want you to go back and read those goals every 3/4 months to keep them fresh in you head.

Find your motivation to exercise, write down your diet motivation. Take a picture of yourself and put it on your refrigerator, go ahead and do it.
