Remember it is a good idea to workout every day, but you need to train different muscle groups each day to give worked muscles time to rest and repair.

If you suffer from fibromyalgia, a good routine could be a day of aerobics followed by a day of strength training.

Another routine might be 10 minutes of strength training followed by 10 minutes of aerobics.
