I have already advised you that the best diet for fibromyalgia, is heart healthy, high in protein, and low in carbs. But can diet alone really cure fibromyalgia.

The latest fibromyalgia research, advises fibromyalgia sufferers to be wary of any claims supporting a cure for fibromyalgia...........

Do not be disheartened. Although I cannot declare that diet alone can cure fibromyalgia, I can tell you, If you follow a healthy diet, along with some proper exercise, your fibromyalgia symptoms can be reduced significantly.

So rather than:

A better question would be:

"Can diet help fibromyalgia?"

The answer is unequivocally..........YES! Diet for fibromyalgia, herbs for fibromyalgia, and supplements for fibromyalgia, can all assist you in fighting off fibromyalgia flares. A healthy high protein diet, full of fish and poultry, can keep your muscles nice and strong.

Remember your muscles are made up of amino acids. These are the building blocks of muscle tissue and proteins:
