"The fastest way to lose 5 pounds"

They say that "patience is a virtue" and that "good things come to those who wait."

Unfortunately we live in a world where we can microwave a dinner in under 5 minutes. It's a rush-rush world where everyone seems to be moving at the speed of light. So when it comes to shedding that first 5 pounds, you don't want to wait 5 weeks for it to happen.

I can't stress this point enough. If you suffer from fibromyalgia you need to maintain a healthy weight. Healthy weight loss is going to be the very first thing you need to combat your fibromyalgia trigger points and chronic fatigue.

Now - I'm not telling you to starve yourself to lose the weight quickly. That will cause you even more physical pain. So right now I am going to give you a sure fire way to help you start the ball rolling for your weight loss.

Remember if you need to lose 20, 50, 60, or 100 pounds - It's the first 5 pounds which are most important.

Simple Math

You weigh 160 pounds, but you want to weigh 130 pounds.

If you are involved in some form of daily exercise use the number 12, some exercise use the number 11, No exercise use the number 10.

Next you simply take your ideal goal weight, (in this case 130 pounds), and you multiply it by one of the top numbers (either 10, 11, or 12)

130x10 equals 1300 calories per day. Divided by 3 meals per day equals 433 calories per meal.

Ladies and gentleman, that is the fastest way to lose 5 pounds.
