"Perseverance"

It's Friday and about time for the weekend. I hope you have big plans. If not I will explain how you can get motivated for it anyway.

Because of the success of my last eBook, tomorrow I have a meeting with my publisher to decide what the next one will consist of. It will be a day full of brainstorming and alot of writing, I just hope to remain positive through it and persevere.

And that is exactly what I want to speak to you about today - "PERSEVERANCE," which is also the last of the 4 moral factors I have written about.

I have explained how Courage, Intellect, and Boldness, can ease your fibromyalgia symptoms making you stronger inside and out!

You see "the exercise" is the easy part. The hard part is keeping a plan, staying disciplined, and persevering throughout.

Perseverance is your tendency to behave without having to be forced into the motivation.

Here are your 3 motivation tips to persevere this weekend...

1 Get up! Getting up earlier is the answer to almost any problem in life because it gives you more time, and often your best energy.

2 Get out! If it's sunny great, if not dress appropriately - just get out and do something new, eat something healthy, and make someone smile!

3 Get real! Your not perfect and yes you do make mistakes. Don't be so hard on yourself if you fail at one of the above mentioned. Just try harder tomorrow and Persevere!

"If you don't know what you want, you end up with a lot you don't."

Your coach,

Eric Suarez, CPT.
