Thanks to a specialized unit of the United States Military,

The "NAVY SEALS"

The word "SEAL" , stands for "Sea, Air, and Land"

These guys and girl, (remember Demi Moore), train without sleep, in pain, and sometimes soaking wet.

But they train, and continue to pursue the bad in this world so we can all sleep a little better..

Want to train like a SEAL? - Thought you'd never ask.....

The "SEA", stands for the water you are not getting enough of. Summer is around the corner and you better start drinking up.

Do you know what happens when you don't drink enough water?

Your body holds onto the water it has, so it doesn't die of thirst. This leads to excess water weight.

Drink half of your weight in ounces everyday and get that slimmer, tighter look.

"AIR", stands for the good oxygen you body needs everyday to keep you healthy and balanced. Go for a brisk walk , a run, anything that gets your heart rate up and gets you breathing harder.

HINT: If you are exercising and talking.....Your talking ,not exercising.

"LAND", is where you need to get most of your diet from. Green vegetables, fruits, nuts.....

Why do you think people in the Mediterranean look and feel healthier than we do?

They don't SUPER SIZE!

The majority of their diet comes from the land.

Finally, if you really want to train like a "SEAL", you gotta be BRAVE.......
