"Daily Goals" by Eric Suarez

Hope you all had a great Memorial day weekend......

It was great to see people out this weekend, running, bike riding, and walking, getting their exercise in.

I think it's fair to say that for the most part, everyone wants to be healthy.

The problem is not that people are lazy or to sick to exercise. The biggest problem with exercise for people is Time Management.

Many people have the right intentions when it comes to a healthier life, they just can't seem to fit exercise into their day.

It's probably the number one reason why people don't exercise. It's not that they can't, it's just hard for them to find the time.

The best tip I can give you to find more time in your day is to keep a daily journal, and write down your goals for the upcoming day.

For example, my entry for my goals tomorrow looks like this:

06/01/11

1. Breakfast w/baby (my 2 year old daughter Sabella)

2. Pray

3. T.V. w/baby (1 hour)

4. E-mails personal/business

5. Promote Biz on Twitter/YouTube

6. Outline for new website content

7. Lunch w/baby

8. Workout for 35 minutes, little rest

9. Client fitness programs

10.Train clients

11.Dinner/rest/goals for tomm.........!

See how I snuck in a 35 minute workout into a busy schedule....

As I complete each goal I cross it out with my pen and move onto the next.

Don't skip steps, if you miss one, which will happen, just move it to the next day.

This is the easiest way for you to find time to exercise daily.

Our schedules may differ, but we both only have 24 hours in our day........

You can use a simple notebook, nothing fancy......

The goal here is to prioritize your days in advance so your not wasting time thinking about where your day has gone?

Trust me, it is the simplest thing to do to keep you moving in the right direction.......

To your success............
