Diet and exercise, a winning combination
The best things in life come in 2.
A happy couple, A mom and dad, Peanut butter and jelly...
Well the same holds true for your health and fibromyalgia.
My profession is functional exercise; it's what I have studied, it's what I practice, it's what I promote, especially for fibromyalgia.
It has only been within the last 3 years that I have come to realize how much more important diet is than just exercise alone. it's a 50/50 split - exercise for fibromyalgia and diet for fibromyalgia.
We are all guaranteed 2 things in life - taxes and pain. Today I'm going out on a limb to say that if you exercise just 15-20 minutes a day and make some simple improvements to your diet, you can be guaranteed a life with less pain, less fatigue, less depression.
I have never promoted anyone else, because when it comes to exercise for fibromyalgia - I am the expert.
However, when it comes to diet for fibromyalgia - she is!
