Strike a pose...



I have been getting a lot of emails regarding exercise and sleep.

No, you should not exercise within 2-3 hours prior to sleep.

After exercise your body becomes awake, this is why I suggest getting it in earlier in the day.

As for exercises that help you sleep, I have included a yoga video of the "Shavashana pose". If there is one Yoga pose to help you get a good nights rest it's this pose.
