Some good news!

U can do it!

It's March, which means we are only weeks away from some much needed sunshine. It's been a tough winter, especially for those living on the east coast of the USA. Hurricane Sandy, the flu, snow and sleet...

It's time to put that behind and begin looking forward to a spring and summer to create everlasting memories.

Lately I have been receiving emails from athletes around the world who suffer from fibromyalgia. It's great news, not that they have fibromyalgia, but that they are getting on with their lives regardless.

Women are competing in marathons and triathlons. Other women are playing college softball and basketball. These women are getting it done. Not to say they never feel any pain or discomfort, because they do.

The point is they are keeping positive and moving their bodies, keeping flexible, getting healthier.

Are you ready to do the same this spring. Can you even imagine feeling better and healthier. Or do you think you know all there is about your fibromyalgia symptoms.

Albert Einstein once said, "Imagination is more important than knowledge."

It's the truth.

Wherever you are today whatever you'r doing right now, I want you to close your eyes for a second, and imagine what exciting things you will accomplish this spring. Where will you go? what will you do?

It's time folks, don't get left behind where there is only you and fibromyalgia. There is a whole wide world out there waiting to be taken. Whether you invest in my 12 week system or join our SKYPE coaching, do something to get motivated.

Don't let another spring/summer go by simply being a bystander. Get in the game, get out there. Win or lose, at least you give it a try. You can't hit a homerun if you don't swing the bat!

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” - Einstein
