What's your fibro plan?
February 10, 2015

Do you have a plan?

Benjamin Franklin wrote, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."

How accurate!

So you've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, what's next, what's your plan?

Do you give up? - NEVER!

Below is an email from one of our subscribers who is planning to win!

"A little over a year ago, I had the H1N1 virus. The virus came and went in about 3 days and I thought I was fine. But then I started to experience pain in my hips, legs, knees, ankles, and also in my elbows. It just got worse and worse until I finally went to the doctor not understanding what was wrong with me. He pressed on certain points in my body and I thought I would go through the roof.

Since diagnosing me with fibromyalgia I have been working tirelessly to overcome the pain. My daughter forwarded me the link to your website and for the first time I feel like there is a "plan" to assist me in my battle to overcome these awful symptoms. I have ordered the book on my kindle reader and I will be attacking these symptoms with the exercises beginning today. One thing that I have found really helps me with my sleep issue is a warm magnesium salt bath followed by laying on my PEMF mat. I lay on my "magnet mat", as I call it, every night for a half hour before falling off to sleep. I also give myself a squirt of melatonin spray under the tongue. (The PEMF mats are expensive, so I know they aren't for everyone, but I wanted you to know about them. I know there are other types of magnet therapy that are less expensive.) One thing I did not know about was the protein diet. I am going to up my protein intake and cut back on carbs beginning today. Thank you. I look forward to helping myself through your program." Martha-

Sounds like Martha has a plan and I think her fibromyalgia better get ready for a battle!

I cannot stress this enough - "Be positive and take some form of action to heal your body."

Your body will not take action until you take initiative.

Let my programs assist you , but ultimately you have to do the work - you have to plan to succeed!

It can be done!
