Take it slow

"There’s such a fine line between doing what we need to do to keep ourselves feeling as well as possible and doing too much. The temptation to do more than we should is always greatest when we’re feeling well. It’s easy to believe that if it feels good to do a little, it’ll feel better to do more. But it’s not true. And it’s the most painful lesson fibromyalgia teaches us." -Christine Lynch-

Many times clients will begin to exercise and clean up their diets. Then, for some reason they begin to take it a little to far, a little to fast. If you have invested in one of our programs, the secret to success is to take it slow, be patient.

You will not reverse your fibro symptoms in a day. By rushing through the exercise and diet portions of the programs, you may do more damage to yourself. Always finish up your workouts with a full glass of water and do some breathing exercises to bring your heart rate down prior to resting. You can do it, but it may take some time, don't give up!

"Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success." -Napoleon Hill
