Another fibro. home remedy

Last week I taught you how to use a golf ball or tennis ball to give yourself a self massage. I even included a video of how to use them to soothe your achy tender points.

In keeping with muscle relief, this week I will give you another house hold item which will bring you some pain relief.

It's your Rolling Pin.

Yep, that thing you all use in the kitchen has been used by physical therapists to soothe tender points. Much like you use the ball, simply roll the pin down the front of your thighs one at a time. Have someone roll it down from your upper back, down across your lower back/buttocks, and down the back of your legs.

Rolling pins assists the circulation in your body to flow freely, relieving muscle cramps and tight tender points. When blood flows in and out of tissues it reduces and relieves your back fatigue and pain. When a rolling pin is rolled up and down your back for a few minutes it releases tension and relaxes the back.

Give it a try. Start gently at first as your tender points will be very sensitive. In about a week or less you should definitely feel relief.

To your success...
