Can a family with fibro. survive?
February 17, 2014

Family first

Here is an email I received a few weeks back.

My response is below...

"Hi Eric,

My wife is a Fibro sufferer and after following you on Twitter for a while we have decided to give your exercise package a try. We had a visit with our Rheumatologist yesterday who told us that there is nothing else medically that we can do for Emma and that exercise was the most helpful thing that she could do for herself. This then prompted me to purchase your e-book on her behalf."

Gareth,

I will email you the videos for your wife. Keep positive and exercise along with her.

How many of you either have fibro or know someone who does?

As the statement above proves, There comes a point when only good , supportive exercise for fibromyalgia will improve the conditions of fibromyalgia.

I have seen families become stronger by using these programs. Who can't use a little exercise?

As always I implore you to keep moving forward, staying positive.

But there comes a time for action.

Move your body a bit, breathe in healthy oxygen and release the soreness of those tight tender points.

My programs work if used ...
