Exercise right



The exercises I promote for fibromyalgia consist of "functional movements".

My functional exercises should help you walk, run, and dance better...

Through recent emails, I see that many of you are running into problems.

Some of you are pushing yourselves too fast, too hard.

These exercises are not meant to get you in tip top shape over night.

They are meant to assist you in living better, feeling stronger, and combating the ugly symptoms of fibromyalgia.

Be patient you will get there.

Yes, you should be exercising, but make sure you know what correct form looks like.
