Some supplements to consider

Tumeric is an Indian spice that has been proven as a antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. It's been shown to have positive effects on the immune system and may relieve other symptoms of fibromyalgia like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (I.B.S.) and Arthritis.

Coconut Oil for fibromyalgia is gaining some popularity. It helps to reduce pain while increasing your energy. It is abundant in Lauric Acid which provides the building blocks which kill virus bacteria and fungi. Use Virgin oil.

L-Carnitine has been used by other fibromyalgia sufferers as a energy booster and for others who suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

Coenzymeq 10 is another anti-oxidant used for muscle support and energy prior to engaging in any type of fibromyalgia exercise.

Omega 3 Fish oil has been around for some time. Omega 3's will drive down your cholesterol and strengthen your heart. It has also been used as a anti-inflammatory.

I started taking Omega 3 fish oil after I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I had decided that I didn't' want to live on medication. I am cautious to say they have cured me, but it sure feels like it.

St. John's Wort and Kava Kava have been used as natural antidepressants and shown to help anxiety, insomnia, and stress, all symptoms of fibromyalgia. These are two great herbs for fibromyalgia.
