Three Tips

As the New is upon us, I wanted to give you 3 quick tips and how to start the New Year off right.

So you have fibromyalgia and think this year will be the same old story. A story filled with ups and downs, but mostly downs.

I am here to tell you this can be your best year ever. In 2015 many fibromyalgia sufferers were able to run marathons, start businesses, travel, and so much more.

A diagnosis of fibromyalgia is NOT a death sentence. I know of a few men and women who are actually enjoying their life more now than before they were diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Life has a way of waking us up sometimes.

Anyway may God Bless you this year, here are 3 ways to start your 2016 off right.

1. Move a little.

I do recommend light weights and shadow boxing but that’s not the only game in town when it comes to exercise. And for God sake stop exercising for more than 25 minutes per session. A quick shadow boxing routine for 15-20 minutes a day will do some dramatic things to your body. Go to my website for more ideas.

2. Eat a little.

A little meat, a little fruit, a little vegetables… Stop with the super-size already, our bodies were not meant to digest such big meals. It’s ok at Thanksgiving but not every day. Keep you calories below 1500-1800 per day.

3. Smile a lot.

Live your life, don’t be so serious all the time. Your still here, you still have a purpose to fulfill. Don’t let fibromyalgia trick you into believing it’s all finished for you. If you read one of my books they always begin with success stories of how others have went on to have some pretty interesting lives while living with fibromyalgia.

So there you have it, move a little, eat a little, and smile a lot!
