Not all Fats are Bad

The best diet for fibromyalgia makes smart choices, not difficult choices.

Natural Fats

Avocados, Fish Oil/Omega 3's, Coconut oil, Seeds/Nuts, Olives/Olive oil.

A diet for fibromyalgia consisting of Fats?

Yes - eating healthy fats, helps produce hormones that promote cell repair and brain function.

So here we go again, it's all about repairing your damaged cells, which naturally occur with age and fibromyalgia.

As for "Brain function", the latest research on a fibromyalgia cure, continues to address a miscue in the brain of sufferers when it comes to pain sensitivity.

Also, eating fat is crucial to helping you control the total number of calories your body craves. Fat is very effective at keeping you feeling fuller after you have eaten which can give you some fibromyalgia pain relief.

As long as you are losing fat (exercising), you won't be eating to much fat. Also, not all fats are created equal, you need UNSATURATED fat, anything else is just FAT.

A diet for fibromyalgia which is all natural is the key, and until we find a fibromyalgia cure, it's one of the best ways to achieve fibromyalgia pain relief.

God Bless,

Eric Suarez, CPT.
