Your diet, your choice

The best diet for fibromyalgia is the one that cuts back on Starches. Starches are the carbs in bread, pasta, candy, baked goods, regular soda, and rice.

We have heard that all carbs should be avoided. That's not entirely true. As long as you are getting your carbs from certain vegetables, fibrous starches, you'll be fine. Fibromyalgia pain relief is about choices. A fibromyalgia cure may be about discipline.

If you find a food contains more than 20 grams of carbs per serving skip it.

As a general guideline, if you are serious about a fibromyalgia cure and fibromyalgia pain relief, you should only be consuming between 75 and 90 grams of carbs a day. This will also dramatically cut back on your daily calorie intake as well.

You should begin to see a notable difference in your appearance and your fibromyalgia pain relief within 4 to 6 weeks.

There may not be a fibromyalgia cure, but it's still important to monitor your progress and reward yourself for even the smallest accomplishments.
